The Adamawa State Scholarship Trust Fund (ASSTFY) was enacted by the Adamawa State House of Assembly to address the growing demand for higher education financing across all 21 Local Government Areas.
From its inception, the Fund replaced unstructured bursary distributions with a modernized, transparent, and technology-driven system capable of supporting thousands of undergraduate, postgraduate, and vocational scholars every year.
