About ASSTFY
The Adamawa State Scholarship Trust Fund (ASSTF) is a government parastatal established by Law No. 10 in December 2008 by the Adamawa State Government.
Created in response to growing challenges in educational financing, particularly due to the rapid rise in student populations and diminishing government resources, ASSTF provides a sustainable approach to educational support.
Through restructuring of the scholarship system, we modernize the delivery of bursaries, special and full scholarships, and student loan schemes—both locally and internationally—to better serve the evolving needs of students in Adamawa State.
